Project Description: Hi All, Need to create 3D floor plan isometric view and 2D layout of the same image. Final sketch file will be provided from our side, there will be no change in texturing and lighting. The only changes will happen in modelling different layout and render it. For example - The sketch up file which I will provide has a sample 2BHK apartment of a particular size now there are other different apartments made of different 1 or 2 or 3 or multistory apartment which needs to be rendered in the same format as I will provide. If you have large team and can handle this much views in such short time then this project is for you guys. complete knowledge of sketch-up and its plugins like light-up and DIBAC is required. sample renders will be provided to the selected bidders. Please attach some renders of yous previous work and your team details with the bids. Please bid on per view basis. Please bid only if you have a team of sketch-up artist Thanks, Reality Square.

Hey sir, I can provide a better isometric views renders, then you expected, We indians are creative but not getting oportunity to prove it.. anyways, thats an excuse, I am very positive for this project and yes I can make it possible with the way you imagined to be done :) I don't take much time, to communicate, nor I take time to prove myself, You will surely know on very first snapshot update that I provide to you.. :)
