I need a 3d model created of a inner suburban home & then photo realistic renderings of the site. I have attached some drgs & cad files, & other details as reference. (attached) I am hoping to get the plans in CAD soon. I will send these to the selected designer. You will need to review these & let me know you understand the task. The model will be used for high quality renderings to show how the property will look after construction. As you can see, the area is quite small & the owner would like to see how the addition of the studio to the rear of the block will affect the look of the property. The intention is to model the site with the existing building (as detailed in the attached plans) new studio building & garden areas (including some plants) Then produce some high quality renderings from various angles, eg inside the kitchen/meals area of the existing building looking out through the garden to the new studio. And the same looking from the studio back. Plus a few more standard angles & views. I will need the model to a standard that can be used for future work, maybe more renderings, possibly internal views. I will need some feedback from you regarding the best image size & format for printing & on screen viewing. (don't need it now, but before any renderings are started.) I will need 6-8 renderings, some specific angles & some more general to show the site. At completion, all the source files will need to be sent to me. I will need the 3d models in a format suitable for Revit Architecture 2014 The designer may be required to correct any errors that I pick up. (not changes) I will need this job done in the next few days if possible Please advise when you can complete the work. Only those applicants with a portfolio will be considered. (some samples that show buildings & gardens would be an advantage) Possibly more work to come. Thanks.

We have a large library of furniture, lamps, plants etc. Please see our portfolio or contact us so that we can send you some of our works matching your requirements. The only problem is that my plants and furniture were purchased with a no-resale agreement, so I can export only the things that I have modelled myself.
