As you can see on my profile i have actually dealt with making adapters for lens. I have a background in getting these things done. I do know that you will not have people that can do it in 3 days. The focal flange is a very hard thing to nail accurately. Its alot of trial and error and if its off by a quarter of a millimeter the lens will not focus to infinity. I would like to know more about this project.

Hi, It's a nice idea, don't know if it is feasible due to the very different shapes of the phones you've mentioned, probably you ll have to switch to different adapters for each model. Anyway you can count on my professionality, and if what you want is an assembled 3d multi component model i can provide my Catia experience. Kind regards
