A rural acre (4,000 sqm) on a sloping block with a great vista of the valley below in Batesford, Victoria, Australia. Project requires 2-3 preliminary house designs which critically consider all major elements of sustainable design. 1 option should identify minimal earthwork through a potential split level design. The house will be for a large young family ideally with: 4 bedrooms 1 master bedroom with bath en-suite 1 home office 1 large family bathroom Large open living and kitchen area in the middle with butler's pantry alfresco/outdoor area or deck Multi-car garage with sufficient workshop storage for garden equipment Rumpus room/home gym space -Attached 'home clinic room' with its own dedicated entry to allow home based physiotherapy business. -consideration of future space for tennis court / small swimming pool Detailed information on proposed materials used in Australia will assist further costing. Deliverables to include scaled plan view AutoCAD drawings (.dgn/dwg), supported by some textured 3d images. Depending on project outcomes, further work may be commissioned for refinement of designs and additional levels of detail.
