Hi there! I very interesting with your project. I have a set of plans that will need a model made in SketchUp (residential projects). Construction Documents, Floor Plan, and all necessary information will be provided in whatever file format needed. A sample set of plans and model will be provided for an overview reference of what I will need as a end result. Needed in model: Walls, Doors, Windows, Roofing. Foundation doesn’t need to be included. Cabinetry, Toilets, Appliances, and other aspects of the project are not needed either. I am looking specifically for someone to help model the structure, overall. All components need to be setup in different colors, and separated in groups or components for easy editing (Exterior Walls and different color from Interior Walls). You will not be required to include specific colors or anything else of that variant, either. Many more projects to follow if the model is made to what the plans spec.
