Drawing Design Details: 1. Only building frame drawing. (No need others details such as brickwork, interior, finishing and etc). 2. Design Start from: a) Footing (Pad Footing) - Concrete base b) Ground Floor Steel Column- 5 1/4" x 8" H Beam c) Upper Beam - 5 1/4" x 8" H Beam d) 1st Floor Concrete Slab - 4" Thickness e) 1st Floor Steel Column - 5 1/4" x 8" H Beam f) Roof Truss - 1 1/2" x 3" square hollow plus lightweight steel C channel and batten for metal deck roof fitting. 3. House Size= 40' x 20' 4. 1st n 2nd floor Height= 10 to 12 feet 5. Roof type: Simple Gable Roof 6. Extra details needed: a) H Beam Joint details b) H Beam Bolt & Nuts details c) Plate Welding details 7. NOTE: H-Beam Specifications: a) 5 1/4" x 8" = 203mm x 133mm b) H Beam Size = 5 1/4" x 8" H Beam x 6 meter...Standard size came from warehouse 6 meter long only. 8. Design Drawing should be ready in softcopy AutoCAD files. 9. Freelancer can and freely to start design according to their own perspective and creativity.
