Do some 3D Modelling support walkthrough in Unity

Looking for 3D interior architecture modellers who not only have rich experience in 3D modelling (e.g., 3Ds Max, Sketchup, etc.), but also has some experience in exporting designed model into game engine (e.g., Unity 3D, Unreal, etc.,), so that a first person controller can walkthrough. We need a 3D interior model of the Westgate Shopping mall in Singapore (4 floors, hundreds of stores). We hired a local company to make the 3D model, but obviously they screwed it up. They have made 3DsMax files, so you do not start from scratch, but that does not mean that this work is easy. The materials we can provide: 1. Floor layouts (pdfs) and corresponding premature 3DsMax files. 2. Pictures of the shopping mall. A lot of pictures!!! make sure that you have a basic understanding of the shopping mall. However, if you are in Singapore, that would be the best. 3. FBX files (One floor of shopping mall) that were made by the company we hired. What we need: 1. Correct geometry and scale of the shopping mall. Please double check the floor layouts (pdf) and the 3DsMax files that made by the company. 2. Correct connectivity between floors. There are plenty of escalators and elevators, which should be modelled properly, so that a first person controller in game engine can travel between floors, which is extremely important for your project. The company failed in this part. Please check all building shafts were made correctly. 3. Correct visual access between locations. The floor layouts do not indicate all details of between-location visual access. For example, if a kiosk (not shown in the floor layout) is large and tall enough to block the view to a person to see another location, we should add this kiosk. If objects are small and do not impact between-location visual access, we do not need to model them. 4. Model basic objects of the shopping mall, such as floors, ceilings, stores, tables, kiosks, escalators, elevators, atrium, greenery, etc. 4. Textures of all objects. What we do not need: 1. We do not need exterior of the shopping mall. 2. The model does not require details of all stores. Each store only requires a banner and an relevant image for this store (see the fbx file). 3. No animation is needed (elevator, or escalator animation is not necessary). 4. No lighting is needed in the 3D model, as these will be added in the game engine. Overall, the Westgate shopping mall model does not need to be very detailed, which is slow to run in real time, and it is not necessary for our research project. However, we do need to make it look close to the real Westgate mall. We focus on the hallways and open space of the shopping mall, not specific stores. Don't be scared that there are hundreds of stores. I am attaching some real photos of the Westgate mall, and some pictures rendered in Unity 3D, which we think need a lot of improvement. This project is paid from my own pocket. I am desperately looking for an experienced 3D modeller who has worked in both 3DsMax and Unity.
