I want someone who can use maya and is able to do 3d modelling, texturing, rigging & animation of a cartoon character. We need the tall engineer cartoon character in the cartoons modelled textured, rigged and animated and walking for 3 seconds. The photos give you the size and ratios of the character but the character needs to have a happy personality and a red white spotted handkerchief in his back pocket as the cartoon does. Sometime in the future we will produce these cartoons as animated videos.

Hi, I am a 3D modeller and animator. I am well experienced in character modelling and rigging. I will be happy to share any of the characters I have previously modelled and rigged. I use Autodesk Maya as my primary application and the files will be delivered in .ma or .mb formats. The information provided by you is sufficient and I can create the character from it. I will also provide you with blend shapes, so that it is easier for you to switch between different expressions of the character.
