Overview Convert vb.net 2.0 winforms app + database to newer version of vb.net framework 4+ with LocalDB installation. Need a vb.net 2.0 winforms application converted to run on windows 10. It currently only runs on windows 7. Also need the SQL Server 2000 database converted to work local (LocalDB). Need in installation that sets up the application on a standalone computer with the database. No internet access and no SQL Server will be installed. All the functionality needs to be in the installation. Requirements 1. Convert the project to .net framework 4+ from current version 2. Disable licensing part 3. Convert the current db to .net LocalDB 4. Create installation package that installs app and database to work on stand-alone computer with no internet access, or sql server installed.
