Adobe After Effects motion graphics Project

We're looking for a designer to put together an Adobe After Effects motion graphics project that we can use to tie scenes together in a corporate video we are currently producing. Our slogan is 'The only Total solution provider under one roof' We'd like to use the analogy of A building divided into 4 areas/rooms/departments to demonstrate the long list of services we offer, and all from under one roof which gives us an advantage over our competitors as we have complete control of project timescales. We envisage an opening: Approaching the branded building, then continuing inside the building which will be divided into 4 rooms, each room will have a title or department name. Then we need another 4 scenes which are similar and can be editable by us, it will begin from the inside the building divided into four, then the building explodes into one of the four sections where all the services in that section are listed. This is a basic description of the project, the finer details can be discussed once we select a freelancer, We'd like to agree a fixed price for the work before production.
