30 Second Avatar Video Commercials

My plan is to giveaway a free basic 30 second video with no customization, (only the text to speech message and add the business name and contact) This is the one I created for the facebook campaign to market the offer - [login to view URL] I would then charge a fee to upgrade the video, for any customer who wanted more custimization, e.g. logo, different background, longer video, add live footage, etc,etc. I can do the upgrade orders myself by need someone to create as many of the 'free' video's as possible (10 -20 a day) $2 each I can't pay much for the free ones but prepared to give an additional fee for every upgrade order I receive, which effectively means that for every 10 free video created, I will get 2-3 upgrades and will pay an additional $10 for each upgrade order I receive.
