video pan from still video footage

I have some footage taken on a tripod looking down onto a table with people painting. I need the footage to be zoomed in and a pan across from left to right. I can get half of the way in premiere pro however I am not savvy enough with getting the highest quality output. Also the footage is slightly shaky from the unstable tripod, so some knowledge of post production stabilisation would be preferred. I do require the final file in premiere pro so I can make changes, so only those working in Premiere Pro CC please apply. Footage is only 10 seconds. Job should be a very quick project for those with the right knowledge. Unfortunately my forte lies in still image production.

Hey, this would be very quick and easy to fix. If there's a problem stabilizing it in Premiere, I shall do it in a more complicated software and bring it back into Premiere as a lossless file. Additionally, I can make any minor adjustments that you'd require.
