Graphic and web design

I have a website which acts as an information centre for a social networking application i am working on, i do not like its current design, therefore i would like a complete new website. the site is very simple with less than 10 pages, this bid also includes a wordpress theme, that will resemble the site itself. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform The site will have a message board, as well as homepage, project page, contact us page, Help centre, a community forum, a page dedicated to everyone who has supported this project. The reason I have a higher bid is because, the design is really important, and i will not accept a bid without a mockup.
