I am looking for a telecom expert, especially familiar with ZTE NGN Core equipment who will help us re-dimension/re-purpose our SoftSwitch-es decreasing the resources dedicated for the TDM and reallocating those resources for VoIP. the model and version of the soft-switches is ZXSS10 SS1b [login to view URL] it is important to have zero downtime, as the device is in production, and also to assure the existing schema(master/slave cards for each zone + disaster recovery services between the two soft-switches, at the moment the second shelf of each soft-switch is configured to act as a disaster recovery site for the other soft-witch) will continue to be functional after the changes. each candidate is kindly asked to share its previous experience with similar equipment a rough plan on how they will address this problem and a timeline for the implementation
