Amazon Seller ASIN Extract and Upload

I need an experience programmer who can make a program that uploads thousands of Amazon product ASIN's and uploads them to my Amazon Seller account for sale at a specific markup via % or dollar amount. For example, I want all the products in the Amazon category Video Games for Playstation 4 to be added to my Amazon store at a markup of 20%. There may be over 10,000 products but I want all of them uploaded to my Seller account on Amazon for sale at a specific markup. I can also specify a certain KEYWORD such as "Super Mario" and all products under that keyword will be uploaded to my store at a specific markup. The program should also be able to keep all my prices in my Amazon Seller store updated. For example, ASIN B007TYC8MI is in my store at a current price of $59.99 and is marked up 20% automatically by the program to $71.99. If the price of B007TYC8MI goes down to $49.99, the program should update the price in my Seller Store to $59.99. I also require this program to be uploaded to my web server and ready to be used on any specified seller account. Please message me questions you may have.
