Typo3 Typoscript and Typo3 Template developer. Contert Inkscape Website Layout to html, css and typoscript

Hi all, I need someone to help me with the conversion of a Website Design I've made with Inkscape. If it helps I could as well generate the same Template with Photoshop or GIMP. This project will be realized by YOU and me. I'll help you with all the things I can and we'll develop together via a Skype connection. I will be guiding the project and we'll discover what's possible for what price. What you bring along is a good knowledge of Typoscript and the integration of our then generated html Template via TemplaVoila. We can or "should" use as a code base for html and css the Yaml project. The whole thing should have tt_news and other extensions implemented in the typoscript, so the Frontend understands where to place these extensions. Also a Tag-Cloud and a Phrase-Database will be implemented. It sounds all big but it's not. I'll explain further steps via Skype then. Easier then writing. You must speak fluent English, German or Spanish. One Website is already there and we could be guided using this site. Not our site, but our competitor. It is thought to integrate our products to eBay and later on also to a magento shop which we also can develop. I don't want to spend too much time programing. I could do the whole thing myself but I could need the hand of a professional, because I am not fast enough. And I'd rather spend my time adding content to the site while you get the scripts ready. I am looking rather for a person to work with long term. Since I am planing the integrate. I've realized other Typo3 projects in the same manner with a professional in this field. Too bad this man is now super-busy because he was doing an excellent job for a very fair price. I think a professional in the field would be able to to realize most of it in a few hours along a few days. The content of the site will be the presentation of a German sculptor working with marble, granite and other stone and rock media. The whole site will be a present from me to him. The page focus will be to work in conjunction with an eBay shop and to attract local business. Our long term goal is to be Nr. 2 in this field in our area.
