Online Marketing Campaigns

The successful applicant will assist in measuring key analytics data on the performance of email campaigns, as well as help manage all email development, testing, segmentation and deployment. S/he will assist the Chief Strategies Officer in maintaining a communications calendar and manage production of email campaigns and other digital materials from creative development to completion. Tasks will include Email Marketing, Web Marketing, and Web Based Management. Experience/Education Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Marketing, Communications or other related field from four-year college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position requires a proficiency with HTML; experience in graphic design software (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.) is a plus. Strong computer skills are necessary for this position, particularly in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Docs, the internet, Outlook email and the ability to work within a team, as well as independently. Prior experience with 3rd party email marketing vendors required (Constant Contact, MailChimp, Convio, ExactTarget, Responsys, etc.) and s/he should have familiarity with online and email best practices. To be considered for this position, one must have an Online Portfolio and/or Marketing Analytics from previous marketing campaigns. This freelance position will start as soon as possible and end on January 1st of 2014 and the successful candidate will be paid per performance based on marketing results.
