Paying Up to $3500 per Adsense Website

In short, we are buying websites that has long-term adsense income, and we will pay you up to 3 months of the income upfront without questions asked! We will buy all websites that can make $2~$40 a day. So if you are able to give us a website that makes $5/day, we will pay you $5 x 90 = $450 instantly. Or another example, if you are able to create a website that makes $20/day, we will pay you $1800 instantly. There are no restriction on the niche or and website type as long as it is long lasting and required minimal maintenance. We don't want something that requires content added everyday. You should have your own domain and build the content and SEO. We don't mind if you want to sell us your existing site, or create a new site to sell us. As long as you can provide proof of income we will buy it! We will need to replace your adsense advertisement with ours for 1~2 day to verify the income.
