Freelancers who do not read my project description, or who send a generic proposal, with the project name copied and pasted, will not be considered.
I posted this project earlier, and learned that most freelancers only read the project name. I understand, having received 50+ proposals, that the odds of being hired are usually less than 2% per proposal, but those who take the shortcut of not reading my project, will take other shortcuts when it comes to developing my website. Those who read my project have a better than usual chance of being hired.

I use to manually code websites in HTML3, CSS, and Flash, way back in the 1990s, so I do speak the language, somewhat. I'm experienced in Photoshop & Illustrator.
I'm looking for someone who is creative, and passionate about building amazing websites; a great communicator, who will share well informed ideas and wisdom.
For THIS project, cost is a factor, but if we work well together, once my service is successful, I will be expanding my organization to include others who can help consumers make the wisest purchases, and my developer will be flooded with work where cost won't matter much.
I have not yet registered a domain or leased a web host. I wish to first talk to my developer about my choices, and any other possible options that I hadn't considered. I won't divulge the domain name, but my primary choice for a webhost is [login to view URL]
What I need:
A clean (good Google Pagespeed score), responsive website, with a look similar to what I created in SquareSpace, that can be edited and added to by me, using Wordpress & BoldGrid, or other, better CMS.
An always visible navbar, and share menu with options for every reasonable share interface, Similar to [login to view URL] whose REPLY buttons also have links for gmail, yahoo, & hotmail as well as mailto:. [login to view URL] results are a good example for share interfaces for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, etc.
Integration with Facebook, including a page that can be viewed in a Facebook IFrame tab.
A dynamic form similar to the one that I created on SurveyGizmo that can also be added to and edited by me, with buttons, sliders, check boxes, etc. Form results sent to me when the paypal form is complete, and payment is made.
A Paypal payment form, where I can edit the amount for my services, and a dynamic SVG image (that I may create), showing the amount on the main page.
A Paypal Parallel / Adaptive Payment system. I want to attract associates like Amazon's, where they can setup an account, get a custom tracking URL, and receive a commission for each paying client. That commission e.g $20, can be split with the client in the form of a discount. $10 commission / $10 discount or $15 commission / $5 discount.

Facebook integration like Quora etc., where visitors can login with Facebook to create an account, connected with their Paypal payment, and view a members only section of the website.
Please BEGIN YOUR PROPOSAL with a personal greeting, including my name, Rich.
All other proposals will be ignored, thereby increasing the likelihood of being hired for those who have read this. Please also include YOUR NAME, and a link to your projects page, so I can see other work that you've done.
THANK YOU!

As I do for my clients; for THIS first project, I'm looking for the best VALUE for QUALITY WORK.
