An IT training institute, just starting up in the UK, looking to build a website that is responsive and adaptive and also scaleable. Potential to optimize the site as we go along but we want to start with some static pages and sign-up forms at the minimum. We have a web developer ready to go but need a good quality job done especially as per the content, design look & feel. Would like the site ready within a max of 4 weeks.
