Convert spreadsheet to social network graph & embed on website

Please note: I am not awarding the project at the moment - I need to discuss the requirements before I decide to go ahead or not. Hi, I will have an excel spreadsheet with hundreds of entries divided into columns like: Person 1 Person 2 Person 3 Connection details Source Image (link) Tags Date etc. I need someone who can convert the spreadsheet to a social network graph (similar to this but with additional features - [login to view URL]) & help me embed it on a website. Ideally, I would also like the site to dynamically create smaller versions of the graph based on user search parameters. If you are also able to do web design, this may be part of the project - otherwise I can hire someone else separately. This is a complicated project & the final social network graph will need some very specific features. I'd like to discuss before I commit to anything further.
