Enhance existing leaflet.js map to include D3/C3.js statistics

All of the below specs have to be fulfilled in order to receive payment: Prerequisites: - you will work with existing project located on github: [login to view URL], creating a new branch which will include changes (primarily to blob/master/Clustering/[login to view URL]) that can be merged back into main branch upon approval of work. - code written will utilise [login to view URL] library ([login to view URL]) and also be compliant with bootstrap and html5 Details of work: - project will be modified to successfully display a series of charts made using D3.js ([login to view URL]) or [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) within a leaflet-sidebar window ([login to view URL]) - chart will include the option to represent data as scatterplot, bar chart OR boxplot type (not available in [login to view URL]) and animate transitions between these three choices - code to be written will include a bootstrap-compliant vertical nav with submenus that accordion to represent data to be represented in the chart(s) - data to be represented will be drawn from three different Postgresql (PostGIS) tables and sub-menu options will represent different columns within each of these three tables; preferred option is for SQL query to be done using CartoDB SQL API ([login to view URL]) - code will include an option to switch back and forth between a visualisation of all data within table or specific subset of data which is shown within current [login to view URL] map bounding box - solution employed will need to render quickly (200ms or faster) for each state - final code may also need some modifications to sidebar CSS to adjust width Testing: - Work will be considered complete after the following successful tests: (1) D3/C3 chart renders successfully in each of the three types (2) transition animations between any of the three chart types are successful (3) menu and submenus display properly and can be clicked through (4) transitions between different table/columns represents on menus are animated successfully (5) chart works after resizing browser window and on tablets / desktop screens (6) chart successfully changes to represent all data / data shown on map
