I have one responsive webpage built in HTML, for an upcoming new site - which does not display its formatting - on mobile devices such as iPhone 6s and iPad (but PC is OK), which I need to get working correctly. The header and footer work fine when on their own (without the content), but when the content is added, the page shows no formatting whatsoever (on mobile devices). This is strange as another HTML page works perfectly fine, with the same identical header and footer. It's probably just some line(s) of code that I am unable to find.
