Target and achieve growth audience and sales conversion goals working with Director of Branding You got content “swag” and can create a fun social media “Headline” Defining creative assets needed engagement, social growth Serve as an expert in creating buzz in competitive activity and work closely with the Director and marketing team to stay on the cutting edge of social media trends and tools. Own all social analytics. Must know how to analyze audience behavior on sites, funnels, and social platforms in order to gain data and share trends to make detailed recommendations for improving content, copy, images, and more. Create and manage effective reports to track progress and present data. You are cool and can easily execute a digital influencer strategy for launch and partnerships. Your the most popular person, oversee master talent list, strengthening existing relationships, reaching out to up-and-coming talent, updating and optimizing network in real-time. Constantly going through brand social to scout digital influencers/consumer advocates who love the brand or who would be a fit for the ambassador program Who You Are Proven experience in growing social audience from 30k+ Vital to have current Social Media management experience (currently in role) Successful examples of creative high-visibility campaigns which drove dramatic results. Experience with Video editing, Photoshop, WordPress, & social analytics platforms. Extremely detail oriented and well organized. Strong analytical acumen. You can take raw data and make insightful recommendations to increase conversions Fun, team player, high energy and flexible. Excellent written, oral communication, project management, and presentation skills. Cult brand. Fashion, Fitness or experience within a lifestyle campaign. 3 years in social media strategy and execution Experience managing influencer partnerships and executing organic influencer campaigns as well as organic product seeding.
