We would like a responsive version of our website: [login to view URL] Project goals/rules: • Delivery should consist of entirely HTML and CSS files (no JS dependencies) • Each page should be delivered as an HTML file • Pages should be responsive, i.e. scale to look good on all devices. The scaling should be fluent, that is not in width "chunks". • Responsive scaling can affect styling and layout but not content; all content should be available on all resolutions. • Delivered files should adhere to semantic guidelines, meaning HTML for markup and CSS for styling and no inline styling. • The end product should look identical to the current site in full resolution (obviously not when scaled to mobile devices etc.) • Keep it clean. The less code to do the job the better. Please list your price and time to deliver. If you can refer to HTML and CSS you have written, that fit the above, you will be considered first — like they say, a picture is worth a thousand words, well, so is code.
