Simple youtube live streaming webpage

We require a developer to put together a simple webpage for live streaming from the online service youtube - utilising live streams from [login to view URL] The webpage should be composed of a simple fullscreen embedded streaming player and should meet the following requirements: - Resize dynamically according to browser window size of user. - Support tablets and mobile devices - Support majority of current major browsers; e.g Chrome, Firefox, Safari - Youtube livestream should autoplay The only other design aspect for the page is a simple set of three icons in the top left corner of the screen which maintain a fixed position. Each of these icons will open a different streaming page which is the same as the one described above, but will be streaming from a different embed.
