I need a website that hosts custom (private) videos, graphics, and powerpoint templates. The site needs to manage user subscriptions with recurring payments. The site should allow subscribers to login, search the database of short videos / media (based on tags and descriptions), and then play the video (or download the video / media). The videos and media can be hosted on a third party system if needed, such as Vimeo for video or AWS for graphics and files. We need to be able to update the site ongoing, and plan to do these updates ourselves. We have web coding experience. The site does not need to be visually "designed". We just need the functionality and can handle design ourselves. There should be a home page featuring videos, graphics, and files of our choosing, and a central login / sign up area.
