I am Looking for dedicated individuals to help our team build best-in-class websites and digital applications. The Developer will need to be an HTML ninja with the ability to juggle several projects at a time while working well with others. Duties and Responsibilities: Participate in creative and planning sessions for new projects to identify and estimate front-end development requirements. Convert visual designs and wireframes into functional web pages and associated assets (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, images, etc.). Actively engage and collaborate during UI development to help identify new approaches for enhancing the overall user experience. Work together with back-end developers to integrate UI into functional deployment-ready pages. Ensure all products are delivered on time and to the highest level of standards. Minimum Skills and/or Knowledge Required: Must have expert knowledge of HTML, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript development skills with an emphasis on multi-browser compatibility. Strong CMS development experience including creating custom modules and functionality- Sitefinity and/or EpiServer experience is a plus Highly experienced in debugging and troubleshooting web applications Developed projects utilizing responsive design using grid frameworks to support multiple platforms including desktop, tablet, and mobile Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams through skype. MUST HAVES Must: Be able to work with owners LIVE through Skype audio, screen share WHILE doing the projects. All projects we do MUST be completed within 5 days. MUST: Be down to earth, have no other interfering obligations and MUST be creative and think outside the box. We work hard, smart and pay well, with this job being long-term, ongoing work. TO NOTE: Please be prepared for a live interview via Skype audio. Interviews can take up to 1 hour or more. Again, this is a long-term job. Good pay and we are not looking for any flakey individuals. References and ability to show skills during an interview a plus.
