I have some old ex-customers who had websites created by a friend. On Drupal but these sites are old now and going to be moved to PHP 7 soon. I need someone who is likely has done this upgrade from PHP 5.6 and Drupal 6 and know what to do to make the changes to PHP 7 and Drupal 7 or 8.

The quite i gave is for the one website only. I can quote for all websites once i will see the website url. For drupal 6- drupal 7 we need ro convert drupal 6 theme to drupal 7 and then migrate all contents users etc.
