Looking for a web designer to update our current website and add features to help bring in more work to the Business. We are a Private Hire and Taxi Company and we would like to provide our customers with the latest technology to help them enquire about our services and also to book online. We would like the following features in particular: an online quotation feature so customers can put in the pick up and drop off address and receive an instant quote, an online booking system that sends the booking enquiry direct to our emails so that we can respond to the customer immediately with availability, there is currently an online enquiry form on our website but another customised one for customers wishing to set up an Account and also a customised recruitment form We are initially looking for someone to modify and update our website as above but we are looking for a long term relationship to keep our website updated with the latest technology and services available to our customers. And we would also be looking at building a website or a couple of websites for another project/projects alongside the Taxi Company to expand our business. It would also be good to have someone who has expertise in the SEO field; however at this stage this is not necessary and we are initially looking at the website updates.

As per my understanding you want to customize the contact form in your website so the customer can submit their requirement like Pickup location, Drop location and you can provide estimate.
