Hello, I am interested in hiring someone to create a "website is under development page". This page will be the only page on the website until the website is finished. The website is an online store for a bridal boutique. This page needs to have an elegant design. It will contain some text and have a form for clients to fill in. This form will consist of a few general questions such as name, dob, email, etc... After filling out this form the client will receive a coupon to their email to use towards purchases once the online store is up. After the bride submits the form, the screen will change to a thank you page which will only contain text. All information provided to me by clients should be saved in some sort of database. I need someone who understands that I have never dealt with websites before and know absolutely nothing about them, so I will require detailed explanations in ENGLISH about each step. I will have questions and I have high expectations. Based on how this project goes, the programmer will have the potential to build the online store also.
