Looking for someone familiar with Elastix and Connectwise to help with a small enhancement. We use Elastix connected to Mitel 5224 handsets for our PBX and would like it to integrate through Windows 7/8.1 via TAPI to Connectwise PSA (Cloud version). The outcome is to enable click to dial in Connectwise so our Mitel handsets automatically dial out and an activity is automatically created in Connectwise. .

Hi cbresnehan, I had a look at the project and the Clarification Board also, and can help you properly. I did similar projects before, so know what to do. Basically it requires small modification to asterisk manager list (for security), and testing on the client side. Key thing is from the client PC we can "see" Asterisk PBX (most of the case it is ok when Asterisk is in the same LAN as PCs). Teamviewer will be used for this. I expect 3-4 hours to complete the setup on 1 sample machine. Then you can replicate to other PCs. My timezone: GMT-5 Check my reviews for positive feedback and completion rate.
