Hi, I have a server with [login to view URL] the issue is that it is stuck in this mode (see picture) - [login to view URL] We need it to properly boot up to windows and be accessible by RDP. We DONT WANT TO LOSE ANY FILES. Full access to the server will be given on project award. Kind Regards, Chris

Have seen this problem serval times, they are some way to fix this. But on remote it will get a little tricky. i will need a computer need bye and connected to internet. will also need personal assist on-site. server need to be on internet. best would be if it's virtual. if all work as my plan this will not take more than 8-16h to fix. looking forward to work with you. HI, i can do it ASAP Generally OVH set the server with SSH access. I can realize the solution via SSH console, probably using powershell remotely we can access to server and terminate the hang up.. Less than 2 hours you get the server up again !
