I have 2 wordpress plugins that I need updated (fixed) and joined. Examples will be shown of the 2 plugins to potential coders on a functional site so they can see them in action. Both function somewhat but some of the features are not working due to not being updated in a long time. Basically, I want the features of the one plugin combined with the other. The first plugin is a filter one. It detects incoming traffic and filters and acts according to your input. The second plugin takes that traffic and changes the referrer to an internal one and then shows the visitor what you want them to see. You might not have to combine them if you can at least make them compatible to each other.
