i have a plugin that i am trying to install, booknetic (not many like it around) and it wont install once licence code inserted (As if it is stuck and wont start the next configuration page). im not sure where it is sticking, i have installed, uninstalled deactivated cleared cache of all plugins. it worked on my staging site but not on main site once ported over. main site is live so please dont change anything that im not aware of. its a booking plugin. i can provide wordpress support login and ftp access to have a look. developer is not being helpful at all and wont give me more information, and there isnt any other plugin like it.

It is possible that being stuck during the process means that there is an issue during the license verification. I can check the plugin and the steps on your server to figure out the root cause of the issue. If your server do not have logging enabled, I may set this up in your wp-config file to see what is happening in the process.
