Your narrative can be told in either first (use of “I”) or third person (an omniscient narrator). Your narrative should include dialogue between characters. Grading: MLA format = 10 percent Centered on a moral = 20 percent Grammar / spelling = 20 percent Dialogue used properly = 10 percent Story content = 40 percent Additionally, points are taken off for not meeting minimum length requirements on a percentage basis (example 640 words out of 800 words would be a 20 % off penalty as 20% of the paper is missing), plagiarism, and being far off topic.
