I need an architect and structural engineer who can help me design and plan a house on a 2.76-acre land in Mountain City, TN. The land has a 30-40 degree slope from top to bottom, so the design should take this into account. - A deed restriction is that the house, excluding the garage, must be at least 1700 square feet.
