Taking design clues from a coordinating chair and a concept drawing of a steel table, create a new table leg which can be configured into different table sizes. The main focus and detail of the project is to create a 3d pattern model for the support leg which then would be cast multiple times in aluminum. The pattern should be drawn full size with the dimensions provided. Later we will add the shrinkage required for the materials. This table leg will be used as a set of 4 with two rings, one at top and one at the 'hub' to connect the parts. The ring at the hub will actually be 4 quarters welded between the leg sections. The top ring is continuous and will be welded to the top of the 4 legs. And then assemble the complete table with the legs and the rings (the upper one whole and the lower one in quarters).
