Create an ASP.NET website theme for a UK corporate client

I need a freelancer to undertake a very small design project for a major UK corporate client. The website is a shipping portal that allows stores to ship products between their UK stores. The portal is used by other corporate customers (including all 4 major mobile phone service providers in the UK). Each company has their own branded portal, and we have a new company coming on board. The branding requirement is for; - A branded banner - 8 buttons - CSS update These are the only elements that can be updated, and these are deployed to the web-server as an ASP.NET theme. NOTE: The resulting files must be provided as an ASP.NET Theme. I will provide; - an NDA which must be signed - details on the customer, and where to find their branding information - example of some of the themes used for the existing clients. - a fireworks template of existing designs For a fixed fee you will provide; - design skills to create a new theme that matches the corporate branding of our new customer - the Fireworks file, updated with the new design - an ASP.NET theme, with all respective folders and files that I can drop straight into our website for use. The winning freelancer will be required to sign an NDA.
