Hi, I own a gourmet healthy beverage company and am looking to expand my business. I am looking for some highly motivated people here who would be able to give advice on the job postings (feedback- good/ bad- what needs to change to get more leads in), who can be on the phone Eastern Standard Time- can speak in English- without an accent- to interview possible candidates for my business. I would need the person applying for this job to do the following: 1. Post ads daily to free sites such as Craigslist, etc- Would like to know if they have any recommendations on other sites I can advertise on 2. You would respond to the interested candidates by email first, telling them a little about the business (I will have all that written out) and send them a few links for them to check out the company. 3. If they are interested in joining the company, you would then set up an interview call with me so that I can personally speak with them to make sure this business is right for them. 4. You must have access to email and skype so that we can do conference calls if necessary. 5. Bonuses will be awarded for any candidates that decide to join my business. This position will be a temporary position at first just to see how you are doing. The more leads, the more partners I can take in and therefore more bonuses you will receive. Looking for dedicated, hard-workers, who can really help me get the word out there about my business and get some highly motivated, qualified candidates to join.
