570483 Looking at images of athletes and entering their Athlete #

When an athlete enters a race they receive a BIB number. This number is usually on the front of their body and also written on their left and right arms. We need people to look for these numbers within our photos and tag them to the photo. Sometimes we may get several images of one person and you only see their number after several photos. It is important to go back to the previous photos and update the tags for those photos as well. We have about 7,000 photos that need to go through this process. We will build a fast way for the user to tag the photos so this should be a pretty easy process. Some photos it is possible to not be able to see the number so you will need to click "place in lost and found" checkbox. It should take about 5 hours to go through all of these photos looking for numbers.
