I am looking to hire a customer support representative.
You will have to respond to emails from customers by using the canned responses provided. 90% of the emails on average could be replied to with one of the canned responses.
Please be flexible since new canned responses may be added over time, and you will be responsible for learning to use them. You will do this once or twice a day.
The messages will arrive to you in an excel file (.xls) on a Google Docs file or emailed to you. You will be replying to the emails, and send it back to me via Google Docs or email. I will periodically review the emails for accuracy, and to make sure you are using the correct canned responses and replies. Then, the emails will be sent out.
The job should take about 1 hour per day max.
Training will be provided to you, and please familiarize yourself with the canned responses beforehand and their short forms. The canned responses will be all stored in a application called texter.exe. By putting in the short form of the response, the full response will be written.
Requirements:
Running Windows, capable of running [login to view URL]
Able to respond to messages at least once a day. (You may be able to get some time off if you notify me in 1 month in advance)
Willing to use email or Skype to communicate
Proficient at English, can communicate clearly with reason
Willing to sign a non disclosure agreement
Willing to be monitored (once a week max) as you work over Teamviewer or LogMeIn to see if the times you log are reasonable, and to monitor your working pace.
Have typing speed of over 50 WPM, or be willing to achieve this average within one month after being hired.
