Making a short graphical movie

I often have to share important messages to employees or even externally. they can be about using new technology, understanding an important change etc. Mostly in English. What I am looking for is graphical videos very short (can be drawings or images in powerpoint type formats but with VERY few words or to support my texts. Videos will normall be less than 60 seconds. I am looking to find someone I can brief and who can quickly and creatively come up with simple but effective solutions.
