Cold calling/ Telemarketing -- 3

Freelancer needs to find 50 employees (using cold calls) from different companies in India willing to refer suitable candidates for various job postings within their respective company. The employee should be willing to interview candidates sent by us and refer them if they find the candidate to be suitable. These employees should be at least 2 levels higher than entry level employees. Examples would include managers, senior developer, senior analyst etc. and not interns, junior developers etc. These employees should register themselves on our website. A list of employees and their contact details will be provided along with an online dialer. Payment would be made upon verification of the employees. Part of payment can be made post the 10 conversion mark if requested.
