Configure and get up and running corectly a kill file for my gaming site

Hi I am looking for a exellent coder to configure and fix a kill file for my gaming site please. Please find the appropriate file atached. The file is a very complex file and must run in conjunction with quite a few parts of my db And also a few file within my site. If your familuar with mafia role playing games then you will have a good idea of what i want doing if no then i will try and explain the best i can. The kill file is the main part of the game within this file there is various code which must run in conjunction within my database and in turn this will hopefully run the other files within my game. Parts in the kill file are as follows. I have the kill file which i have attached to my game but its not working correclty 1. Kill to kill a player with the appropriate amount of bullets for that rank of player. 2. Last Attempted = last time a player was attempted to be shot. 3. Backfire this is an option so if a player get shot at, there backfire will return automaticaly at the player that shot him with bulets. 4. Kill_skill this is where a player can train to obtain skill and save bullets when shooting. 5. Health is 100% of every player in the game but if a player gets shot at there health will drop according to the amount of bullets shot at him and if his health reaches 0 then the player will die. 6. Attempts there is 2 part to this in the db there is a part called survived where a player is shot as but survives, there is also a part in the same attempts db where a player dies. 7. For the time to also work when the player was shot and when the player was killed. As i have mention this is a complex file and has a lot of work involved within it, along with the database there is various file within my game this file must alos work with, so im am looking for a exellent coder to impliment this and get it working and running smoothly hence the reason the price is quite high for only one file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
