D-HTML CSS Snippet

I need a professional and efficient D-HTML, Javascript, and CSS guru to make me a script which will do the following: 1) Create any amount movable, hoverable, transparent div's, based on the contents of a multi-dimensional array. 2) Make lines from each div to an image which is to be in the center of the page, no matter the window size. The array will be dynamically generated via a server side script and it will contain the following initlization column values: DIV Title Content (to be placed at the top of the div) DIV Title Class DIV Title BG BODY DIV BG BODY DIV Class BODY DIV Content BODY DIV URL BODY DIV URL CLASS DIV TITLE URL CLASS ## Deliverables Keep in mind, just like the sketch, the lines must be dynamically readjusted from the center of the image (z-order behind it so the lines underlap the center image) to the center of the side of the div which is nearest to the circles line. The div must be completely movable around the browser and error validation must be provided to prevent out of bounds exceptions. In addition, you must provide a fully functional version of this product with 4 functional, linking, divs which link to any site, in all 4 corners of the screen. ABOUT WHERE TO PLACE THE DIVS Place the divs using a modulus factoring technique to alternate corners as these div's are output. Make sure i can change div transparency in an external style sheet, in addition to populating the array with my own data when needed. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
