Country attraction/recruitment plan for various countries in Africa, Middle East and Central Asia. Plan should answer the question: 'what are the main recruitment channels / where can we find sources of talent in the following countries?' i.e.: - business schools and relevant universities with programs in our industry (waste management, waste water, logistics, environment, engineering) with a high number of students and graduates from the respective countries - recruitment agencies for labor recruitment (helpers, cleaners, drivers, technicians, etc) as well as entry level corporate (contingency) and senior level roles (executive search) - employment platforms and job boards relevant for the respective countries (i.e. monster, bayt, apec, emploicarriere, jeuneafrique, jobafrica etc) - professional organizations relevant to industry (logistics, waste management, environment etc) - other ways to attract relevant candidates - social media, organizations, diaspora, alumni etc)
