Role Summary:
We are looking for Business Development Manager who will be responsible for leading IT Professional Service Sales, running and expanding the current US Sales team in conjunction with VP, and hitting revenue targets through proactive sales.
Qualifications:
5+ Year relevant experience in either Sales & New Business Development or Account Management in Professional Services or IT recruitment/IT staffing industry.
Experience in IT Staff augmentation in USA.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and People Management skills.
Excellent sales, New Business Development , Account management and relationship building skills.
Strong negotiation/closing skills.
Ability to work independently and should be a good team player.
Responsibilities:
Establishing contacts with IT executives/IT Hiring managers/Project & Program managers/ Recruitment Heads and build long term relationships
Identify and generate new clients in the IT staffing/Recruitment Services.
Manage the placement of talent within client companies
Resolve client and talent issues and act as point of contact for client and talent inquiries
Candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in selling Management Consulting Services,Staffing Services, MSP management, Recruiting, Account Management, and superior prospecting, Negotiations and RFP writing skills.
Candidate will also be following up on leads provided by management and recruiting teams.
