I am a graduate of BS. Information Technology, with 3 years of working experience in the call center industry.
I am technically inclined, easy to train and learn.
I am patient and would prioritize my work before anything else.
I worked for Teleperformance Philippines, under EPSON America and Teletech Philippines for Verizon DSL as a Technical Support Representative.
MY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
- Responding to customer Inquiries through PHONE and EMAIL.
- Pre-SALES of client related products and services.
- Troubleshooting Printer and scanner issues. PC related issues with regards to customer's peripheral connections.
- Troubleshooting internet related issues on customer's computer and network equipment.
- Creating Logs of customer-agent conversation.
- Making outbound calls if required.
I can work 40hrs/ week.
I have a quiet room to work with.
I have a stable and speedy computer to work on.
I have a fast internet access, with back-up mobile broadband in-case of loosing the main connection.
