Awesome Virtual Assistant

Hello, We are looking for an awesome virtual assistant to take on a challenging and loaded job. This position is going to start off as a part time (20 hours per week) probation (paid) for one month. We will offer you the full time position once you complete the probation. JOB ROLE: - Take incoming calls and chat - Manage projects - Deal with worker's issues - Loaded work - Assist the CEO SKILLS: - Must speak English well - Must be tech savvy and have basic IT knowledge - Must be able to type fast and multi-task. - Must know google docs and Skype. SCHEDULE: During probation: 10 am to 2 pm US CST Once you go full time: 9 am to 5 pm US CST Monday to Friday LEGAL REQUIREMENTS AND POLICIES: We are offering a long term (you can be on this for years), stable and well paid job. In return, we ask for the following: - You to sign a monthly agreement with our attorney - You to provide a valid ID of yourself - We will also ask you to hand over credentials of some of your freelancing accounts and other accounts for auditing purposes from time to time (this is to ensure that none of our company policies are being breached). If you are good, honest and want to work with us for a long time, you should not have any issues with the above. In return, we will pay you well and keep you with us for a long time. Pay: $2-3 per hour (negotiable depending on the location) One increment per year Small commission plan (you can easily earn $100 per month on top of your hourly rate if you do well). Remember, this is not a cold calling or telemarketing project so you will get many opportunities to bring in new clients through different means. Thank you
